answer:If your fever is high enough you can hallucinate, delerium type reaction of an overheated brain. lol The heavy hands & feet thing, maybe just that you are in a weakend condition so your body feels extra dense and heavy, a lack of strength due to all the bodies energy going into fighting whatever ails it and the fever. The sandy sensation, I am clueless. :-/
