answer:I once did a cleanse that was like this. It was sea salt mixed with a bunch of water and throughout the day you were suppose to have a drink mixture of lemon, maple syrup, and cayenne. I quit after 3 days because it was so awful. I had to go to the bathroom non-stop. But after I stopped doing the cleanse I felt the exact same. It did not help me. I highly recommend not doing this. Your best bet to get your bowels feeling regular is to eat high fiber fruits and veggies and drink a lot of water.
