The only thing you can do is be as health as possible. Eat well, exercise. Anything else will eventually harm you or shorten your life. You should sleep as much as your body needs. Sleep is extremely important. If you need more than 9 hours a night, you might want to get checked for an underlying reason like an underactive thryoid or other medical condition.
