answer:I understand. I am bipolar 1 with anxiety disorder and borderline social anxiety disorder. I find the majority of social interaction terrifying. I have no easy answer for you. I’m sorry. If you are getting therapy for your condition, I recommend you ask you therapist about including your husband in some of the sessions. If you’re not getting therapy for it, you might consider starting. It does me a world of good. I believe they do care, but you are correct. They don’t understand never having felt the panic.
