answer:It provides a bit more of your personality for the employer to see. It’s a bit of a risk. If the employer likes personality, it’s good. But if they want a worker dweeb, it won’t be good, unless you are trying to keep from being considered for worker dweeb jobs. If you aren’t desperate, I would do it. If you want any job that comes along, don’t do it.
