No idea, but here’s my experience with it. It’s supposed to hydrate you when you’re active. I’m a big fan of it, but it seems to make me want to drink more of it when I’m done the bottle. Perhaps I’m just really dehydrated or something, but I don’t feel that way when drinking water. Maybe it’s all the sugar that’s in there, I really don’t know. They also have sugar free versions, which I usually can’t finish because they taste like ass.
