answer:I would want the [legal] option. I understand that some disabled and elderly people may get pressure to choose assisted from family members, etc., but aren’t those people in a living hell dealing with that sort of family pressure anyway? Maybe weight could be given to people who have expressed an opinion before the option presents itself, much like DNR?
