I don't really have a reason to leave. I like my company and the people in it. It's also a pretty decent gig. I have an entire floor to myself most days. When I get my work done I can goof off until I get to go home. 7% yearly raises, bonuses and perks. The pay isn't that great but it's nothing to sneeze at either.
