What pet peeves do you have about coworkers?

1 Answer

Answer :

Too much negativity has always bothered me. I think if you’re going to complain, you should be able to offer some solutions to fix the things you think are wrong. By giving this answer, this candidate is saying, “I’m not a negative person. If I see a problem, I figure out how to fix it.”

Never Say: “I say live and let live. They can do what they want; it doesn’t bother me.” It’s virtually impossible to spend forty hours a week with a group of people and get along perfectly with them all the time. This candidate seems to be too easygoing. She’d rather let things slide than deal with them.
