How do I apply the results of cold nitrogen molecules to prove nitrogen filled tires are best race car tires?

1 Answer

Answer :

We did a science experiment that used 5 latex balloons filled with helium and 5 latex balloons filled with air (blown up by person). The balloons were then measured and put in the freezer for an hour. The results were that the helium balloons were slightly smaller than before compared to the balloons with air. The science experiment is trying to prove why race car drivers use nitrogen in their tires to help with the extreme heat the tires have to endure. Our problem is we do not understand if or how our experiment can be used to prove our theory or how to apply it. At this point we are not sure if we did something wrong.
