Ingredients1 lb Beef liver; sliced2 md Apples; chopped1 md Onion; chopped1 1/2 ts Salt1/8 ts Pepper6 sl Bacon; cut in pieces1/4 c Water; or beef bouillonPlace liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
