I love using tinfoil to bake fish. Just place a piece of fish, a slice of onion, and a few slices of whatever fresh veggies you have around the house on a piece of foil. Squeeze a lemon over it, sprinkle with some herbs and spices, then bring both sides of the foil up and pinch them together (like a sealed tinfoil tent).
