have you tryed going with him to al anon meetings if he can conect with someone that had simular problems he may be able to conect to some one and get a sponcer to help keep him clean as taking another addictive drug to get him of another drug is not going to fix his real problem to gey him clean and drug free you can try these meetings but someone should go to them with him till he conects with someone that has beem in his shoes and can elate to his problems as they have been down the same road
