A friend of mine just went through this exact same situation. Before answering I went to the website for unemployment in your area to double check what I knew. You can apply for unemployment if you were laid off of your full time job and didn't quit. You are legally required to report your earnings from your part-time job. Those earnings will reduce the amount of unemployment that you receive. You won't get full benefits but you will certainly get at least 50% benefits. I can't give you a specific because I don't know the earnings from either job. Definitely apply though @ 1-800-939-6631 yes yes I do think that you should draw unimployment from the full time job also.
