My Fitness Pal(MFP) is by far the most commonly used food tracking app out there.It has the largest database of food and it will automatically fill in nutrition information for you.Every food and ingredient you can think of is preloaded,so you will only be doing a minimal data entry Carb manager is another app you can use.On initial set up, it will ask you a few questions about your macronutrient target: protein,fat,calories.It breaks down your daily intake into a convenient pie chat and snapshot your net carb intake. CRON-O-meter is another application you can use.
