We can start by getting to understand what premature ejaculation is. This is a situation where a man cannot satisfy his partner during sexual intercourse. The man tends to ejaculate sooner than expected, and this can be a total turn off to a partner who probably was expecting much more. Sometimes it may come as a surprise which can lower the man's self esteem. There are many causes to this problems, it could be psychological, which i think could be the main reason. Usually it happens to men who have had sexual intercourse in their early ages and probably have been abused sexually. Sometimes they may bring on the thoughts of what if i don't make it right, what if it doesn't happen in the sense that i may perform but i don't get to the climax, it's just a question of what if, and that would ruin it all. Another thing is when it is all about lust, when you lust you become too excited and you rush into intercourse, and you find yourself not lasting even two minutes because you were to eager. There are many causes which i cannot name all of them but what i have mentioned could be the leading cause.
