Answer :

Hello! Originally, the months were: March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December, with October being the eight month. However, this changed when Julius Caesar's astronomers insisted on a 12-month calendar year as being more precise and in-sync with the seasons. So, January and February were added to the beginning of the calendar. I hope this is helpful!
