Saving energy by drinking hot drinks.

This morning I heard the end of the debate on saving human energy on the radio. So I'd like to ask you what you say. When you say you drink hot tap water (which makes me quite disgusted to get water from the juice and pour lukewarm water on it) then the body no longer has to heat the water and the saved energy can be used differently. It is said that this way you can save a lot of energy per day. What do you think about it?

You've probably heard that. Hot tap water? This is a drink for people who tend to get constipated! (blush) Save energy? What for? To expend that energy in the gym? When you don't use it, you don't give up, you get fat. (It's stupid to drink hot tap water to save energy you could use otherwise. It's a big deal!
