Is the uncollected letter considered delivered?

When I received my letter from the office for the second time and I won't pick it up. Can they consider a letter to be delivered for the second time?

Answer :

The first letter is also considered delivered. I recommend contacting the sender and picking up the letter in person. Avoiding taking over a letter is complete nonsense. This will deprive you of the possibility of defense or appeal, etc. If you live somewhere outside that you do not have the opportunity to receive the letters regularly, I recommend setting up a data box.
