I had an mp3 on my MAX headphones for about an hour. and now my right ear hurts. Can it be related?

You can and, among other things, you do a lot of stupidity. But you will know this over time as the years go by. I also used to listen to "full bullets", in fact sometimes even today, sometimes I go to a concert of KISS, OZZY, etc., who also do not play the quietest. According to the doctor's measurements, I hear max. 8.5 kHz, somewhere in my head I keep humming and screaming and chirping. Hearing damage is usually irreversible, so be careful. You do bullshit, but it's spoken when almost everyone did it, don't you?
