Ingredients:
Yellow Lentil (Chaana Daal) 1 cup
Potatoes 2 (medium size)
Button Red Chilies 8-10
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Ginger 1 tbsp
Onion 1 (medium size)
Salt 1 tsp
Dried Mango Powder 1 ½ tsp
Chaat Masala 1 ½ tsp
All Spices 1 tsp
Eggs (beaten) 2
Burger Buns 4
Onions (sliced) 2-3 tbsp
Method:
• Wash and soak 1 cup yellow lentils
• Boil lentils with 8-10 button red chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 tbs ginger,1 medium onion and salt.
• Now grind boiled lentils and add them in a bowl with boiled and mashed potatoes .Mix well.
• Add 1 tsp salt, 1 ½ tsp dried mango powder, 1 ½ tsp chaat masala and 1 tsp all spices. Mix all ingredients and form kababs .
• Dip these kabab in 2 beaten eggs and fry till they turn golden brown.
• To assemble: Slightly heat the buns in a pan, and spread green chutney on both the sides, spread sliced onions , place kabab in between and serve with chutney.
