Bakra Eid Til Kay Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Green Coriander 1 bunch
Egg 1
Bread Slices 2
Green Chilies 6
Roasted Sesame Seeds ½ cup
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
• Make a paste with green Chili and green Coriander.
• Chop together beef and bread slices and 2 tbsp seekh kabab Masala.
• Add in chopped Mixture, egg. Crushed Black Pepper, salt. Sesame seeds andmix it.
• Make kabab.
• Shallow fry them till golden brown. Serve with parathas.
