Ingredients:
Beef Cubes ½ kg
Gram Lentil 1 cup
Red Chilies 8
Black Pepper 6
Black Cardamoms 2
Cinnamon a piece
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1 small piece
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
Mint Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Green Chilies (Julienned) 4
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Ginger (Julienned) 1 piece
Egg Whites 2
Corn flour/ Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Method:
• Wash beef pieces and boil it together with gram lentil with big cardamom, black peppercorn, red chili, salt, coriander seeds, cumin and hot water. Cook it till the meat tenders.
• Chop the boiled meat.
• Add in coriander, mint leaves, Chopped green chilies, onion, ginger, corn flour and white cumin.
• Grease your hand. Make kabab and fry them till golden brown.
• Serve hot.
