Can a 20-year-old high school student manage an apartment? What are your opinions?

Hello, please for advice and opinions in this situation: I am 20 years old, I am studying high school and I will be another 2 years (I switched to another, the original was not good, so I study high school longer), we would like to be with a friend (also 20 years old and a high school student and will study for another year) move into an apartment. We have saved some money - about 150 thousand. we should now and next year we would have another 165 thousand. do we tighten the apartment and everything around it + school and 2 cars? The cost of housing would be: 3200 rent, 500 water, 1500 heat, chimney sweep, cleaning ..., and about 1000-2000 max. Electricity, + bins and other smaller fees. I calculated that we would need about 15/16 thousand / month. rather better so that we can also put something in savings, etc. Do you think we would go out? So that we don't get into debt, etc.? I thought that we would take a maximum of 10 thousand / month from the money saved. and they paid the rest from income from brigades, parents, etc. And I would also like to ask if you think that it is possible for us to manage to save something in the future when we graduate so that we have some money before we find a job, etc. I won't go-more then when I work over time, and a friend probably wouldn't get to university so he'll go to work in about a year if he finds a job ...) Have you forgotten about food, clothes, gasoline ... why not just use one car? Every crown saved is good, as Grandmother from Božena Němcová said ... If your parents don't help you, you will have to earn extra money somewhere. Also, don't forget the legal deductions from gainful employment.
