Hello, goods ordered from the USA in dollars or Czech crowns are paid for (price stated in dollars, payment only upon receipt of the shipment)

I would like to order ********* clothes from the USA. But the price is in dollars. I don't want my grandmother to find out when she receives the shipment that she has to pay a lot of dollars that she doesn't have. This online store offers import to the Czech Republic. So it's safe, but I don't understand the payment. Please help.

If the payment is only upon receipt of the goods, then it should be in crowns at the exchange rate that is current at that time.
