How do I get rid of endless sadness and cries?

I'm still sad and I'm crying in one piece A series, a song or just a few sentences in a book make me cry. And it's not even about anything sad. For example, in a series, when people dance at a prom, I cry. I do not get it. I don't know how to get rid of it.

Answer :

This condition is called depression. You get rid of her by going to a psychiatrist and listening to what she tells you. I.e. he will probably write you antidepressants. It won't go away on its own, it will only get worse. Courage !!
