Is it normal to feel random sadness long after a loved one passes?

1 Answer

Answer :

I’m truly sorry for your loss. Your feelings are perfectly normal! When my mother passed (years ago), even after a few years, I would sometimes have to remind myself that she was no longer just a phone call away. Sometimes it’s just a small thing that you would like to share that can remind you of things like that.
