Is it possible to trace a 35-year-old medical report somewhere in the archives?

As a 5-year-old child, I underwent post-traumatic splenectomy. Unfortunately, parents do not have any medical records from that time. I'm testing a pediatrician at the time, a current GP and a hospital, but nothing anywhere. Is there an archive where this report can be traced?
