Mushroom Properties Mushrooms are a type of fungus that is known to almost everyone. And not everyone knows the taste of it. So I would say mushrooms are another name for delicious food. Although fungi, most mushrooms include basidiomycota and some ascomycota. Like other plants, mushrooms do not need sunlight to produce food through photosynthesis. Mushrooms grow better in dark and damp places. About fourteen thousand species of mushrooms are known in the world so far. However, most of them are inedible. Some species are deadly toxic. Many species of mushrooms are seen to be produced overnight. But most grow slowly. Planted mushrooms are smaller in size than natural mushrooms. 1. The edible part stays fresh for a while. Most mushrooms in the world have a d- and an umbrella-like cap. 2. There is no pair of mushrooms to suppress harmful bacteria and viruses in the body. 3. It contains proteins , vitamins , minerals , amino acids , antibiotics and antioxidants. In its raw state it contains Vitamin B which is rich in riboflavin , niacin and pantothenic acid. 4. Also , it contains essential minerals such as selenium , copper and potassium. Vitamin B converts food into glucose. And the energy of our body is made from glucose. In addition, Vitamin B activates the food metabolism. Selenium is found only in fish. Those who are completely vegetarian can take this beneficial ingredient through mushrooms. 5. Mushrooms have zero cholesterol. It also has a very small amount of carbohydrates. The enzymes and fibers in it also destroy the rest of the bad cholesterol present in the body. . Mushrooms are the only vegetable and second food ingredient (first cod liver oil) so that vitamin D is available in edible form. Vitamin D is not found in any other food in edible form. . Physicians value mushrooms as natural insulin at one time and natural antibiotics at another. . Mushrooms work well to control the sugar level of the body and to eliminate various types of infections in the body. 9. This food (mushroom) is also becoming popular in Bangladesh. Nowadays, these mushrooms are available at very low prices. From omelettes to pasta , rolls , soups, etc., you can make a variety of fun foods and eat them with mushrooms.
