This vegetable is especially beneficial for patients suffering from jaundice. Applying fresh spinach leaf juice on burns , wounds , acne or any other place of pain is beneficial. Spinach is rich in vitamins A , B , C , E and iron. Therefore, eating spinach increases the level of iron in the blood. 1. Spinach is a flowering plant of the Amaranthasi family. It is a popular vegetable. It is native to Central and South-West Asia. It is a perennial plant , but can be a biennial spinach , although rare. Spinach trees grow up to 30 cm tall. It is cultivated in winter in Bangladesh. The leaves are alternate , simple , ovate or triangular. The leaves can be 2-30 cm long and 1-15 cm wide. The leaves at the base of the tree are large and the leaves at the top are small. The flowers are yellowish white , 3-4 mm in diameter. The fruits are small , hard , granular and clustered. Fruit size 5-10 mm horizontally ; It contains several seeds. 2. The earliest known descriptions of spinach are found in China. It is said that this vegetable came to China from Nepal (probably 648 AD). 3. We don't do anything to hide the impression of age.
