It is normal to sweat in hot or hard work . Sweating regulates body temperature. Exercise , hot weather , fear or anger can increase the tendency to sweat. Moreover, stress , anxiety , obesity , lack of nutrition in the body for various reasons, the body may sweat excessively. As well as diabetes , fever , heart problems , menopause and leukemia, etc., the body may sweat more. Excessive sweating can affect various parts of the body such as the palms of the hands , under the feet , armpits , neck , forehead , and even the scalp. It also interferes with normal life and increases the risk of bad breath. If you sweat more than usual without any reason, you should understand that there is a problem of hyperhidrosis. Here are some ways to reduce excess sweat. Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar is very effective in controlling sweating. In addition to controlling the use of sweat on the skin, regular consumption of apple cider vinegar helps to maintain the pH level of the skin. First, the areas where excess sweat is to be cleaned thoroughly. Then you have to apply apple cider vinegar on the cotton balls and leave it overnight. This mixture can then be used as needed in areas where there is excessive sweating. Red tea Red tea is quite effective in reducing excess sweat. The tannic acid in red tea can prevent sweating. In addition, red tea shrinks the sweat glands and protects the body from excessive sweating. Besides, red tea is equally effective in destroying body odor-causing germs. Soak one or two tea bags in three to four cups of hot water and leave for 10 minutes. Then soak a clean cloth in the water and apply it on the armpits and neck. If you drink tomato juice one cup at a time from next week, you will get good results. Moreover, in places where you sweat a lot, apply tomato juice and after 10 or 15 minutes take a bath with lukewarm water to reduce sweating. So these should be avoided as much as possible. * Excess weight responsible for excess sweat. So you have to control your weight. * Try to reduce stress.
