Very much so. All exercise is is stretching your muscles, tearing them, and letting them heal – whether you do it by lifting weights or using a resistance band really doesn’t have an effect on the end product. Resistance bands are a great tool to use because they’re cheap and they don’t take up any space – but they’re easy to forget about for the same reasons. I would not focus solely on resistance band training for my exercise, but I would recommend (and personally do) make it a part of my exercise routine.
