Are the "Details' in this question a form of Schizophrenia?

1 Answer

Answer :

There is no way a lay person would be able to diagnose schizophrenia. This type of thing is best left to psychiatrists who have been trained for years to recognize the symptoms. Why on earth would anyone want to put a psychiatric label on the behavior of another person? What I would say about the person you have described is that he/she needs to find a competent psychiatrist and receive a proper medical diagnosis, followed by the individual treatment program prescribed by the physician.
