answer:The way to make a muscle bigger, and therefore more visible, is to work it. Crunches are the best way to work your abdominal muscles. I doubt if crunches would affect your trachea much, if at all. Cardio is the way to get rid of any fat that may or may not be hiding said muscles. If fat is an issue, doing cardio for at least a 3 to 6 days a week , will help immensely, especially if you are keeping your heart rate right around your target heart rate. This is something I’ve learned on MY weight loss journey, and I’ve lost 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks, so at a pretty healthy rate.
