Mine is subtle. I sometimes eat in a self destructive way. Right now it’s under control. I have been on a diet and exercise plan, but I know that I have to stay on top of it or I could easily gain 50 or 100 lbs. It’s kind of like being an alcoholic. I have to admit that I must keep vigilant, because if I slip off the wagon, 1 day of over eating turns into two, which turns into a week, which turns into a month, and pretty soon it’s a year later and my feet hurt, I have no motivation and I am 50 lbs heavier. One day at a time, I need to focus on healthy diet and exercise. (Now, off to yoga.)
