answer:most mornings = bran flakes or toast or porridge depending on how im feeling plus a pint of coffee… during the day = about 3 pints of tea and leftovers from yesterdays dinner evening usually pasta or soup or rice and beans. occasionally a load of ice cream or chocolate I’m very slim but then again I rarely snack and tend to get a fair few calories from drinking at the weekends. I’m a student and so I will just tend to eat whatever is on offer at the supermarket really: that’s how I mix up my diet as they always change the offers and you can usually find fresh fruit and veg going out of date that day reduced down which I will take home and sometimes freeze as is, or sometimes cook up as a big veg stew and freeze as individual portions. That way I have fresh (frozen) veg to eat everyday and have individual portions so I don’t cook too much and therefore eat too much. Meat is very expensive and so I will rarely buy that and fish is definitely out of my price range as I refuse to buy anything less than sustainably sourced and I won’t eat prawns etc. due to sustainability issues. I rarely have snacks in my house and when I do they are gone so quickly I am back to no snacks again which I don’t mind not having. Overall if you buy what’s on offer at the supermarket, there is generally a lot of fresh fruit and veg, then freeze it and have a nice selection of meals at your disposal when you want it. Also apples/carrots hard fruit and veg will keep for ages in the fridge and so I will always have those around. Oh and a good selection of growing herb plants will freshen up any meal. (Basil is my favorite)
