answer:They have a complete shipping manifest available through the tracking system. And I imagine they sent out automatic emails to the senders ASAP. I can get emails from UPS when something is delivered, I am sure UPS has protections built in. 10,000 pieces is really not that big. And they can pick up replacements and expedite shipping for replacements, all covered by business interruption insurance.
