Where’s this need to hide coming from, if I may ask? Can’t you see yourself opening up about your consumption to your host? In my opinion there is nothing to be ashamed of. Millions of people take them. Hiding it from your hosts only (potentially) adds to your anxiety in the long run. Besides the possible shame, there might be other factors that make you decide to hide it, but I don’t see them right now. Maybe you can tell us what it is exactly why you feel that need?
