How do you find out what stage of grief that you are in?

1 Answer

Answer :

Stages of grief is a very personal thing. The process for you might be nothing like the process for me. I’ve found that dealing with my grief day by day & NOT focusing on when it will be over helps me to get there faster. My husband died 11 years ago & I still have some unbearable days; yet, I’ve noticed that those days are coming less frequently. I NEVER forget that he’s no longer here; but, my pain is growing a little easier to deal with. I don’t think that you can rush your grieving pocess…just deal with it!!!
