Sometimes I am mentally not going well, and do not have the effort and time to communicate with someone whilst also going through shit. And instead of telling them bc I myself don’t even know what’s going on, and furthermore will include more communication, I tend to just minimise my efforts of communicating. Ik it’s a selfish thing to do but I just don’t have the balls to say that I’m not doing alright
