•While using VFD less maintenance is required.

•VFDs are energy saving device because it uses power electronics components like IGBT, GTO, SCR and Diode so the losses are less.

•VFD indirectly controls the magnetic flux of induction motor so there is less losses in starting of motor.

•VFD consist of filtering system which reduces power line disturbance.

•Accuracy of speed control of motor is good and smooth.

•Repairing cost of VFD is less.

•VFD improve productivity and product quality.
