Ok so i think the answer may be hidden in page 147 of Mr. Benedict's Book of Perplexing Puzzles, Elusive Enigmas, and Curious Conundrums. Maybe with the capitalization of certain letters and the digits in place of letters? I don't really know but i've been trying all possible combinations I could think of to no avail. If anybody is willing to help or knows how, i will forever be in your gratitude. Thank you! :)
