Ingredients1 lb Pea beans1/2 lb Bacon3/4 c Onions, diced1 Green pepper3/4 c Celery, diced28 oz Tomato sauce1 1/2 ts Dry mustard1 tb Salt1/4 c Light molasses1/2 c Brown sugarSoak beans overnite. Cook soaked beans til tender. Chop vegetables. Simmer bacon, onion, pepper, and celery but do _not_ brown. Place all ingredients in a casserole or bean crock and bake at 300 for 2-7 hours til done.
