This may be logically assuming how a text will end or what the text was trying to communicate.Quantitative ReasoningGraduate schools require a certain level of mathematical reasoning and the GRE will measure this in the quantitative section. It will test the student's level of mathematical knowledge of basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry and data analysis. The answer choices may be multiple choice or direct entry of an answer. A calculator may be available for this portion of the test to speed up some tasks.In preparing for the GRE, a student will want to consider general test taking advice. Take an interest in practice tests to review topics and expected answers the test may ask. The nature of each question may have a time limit, so it is indispensable to know how to plan each answer. Be sure to read the directions thoroughly to avoid classic mistakes. For example, some multiple choice questions may require two or more answers.
