Whole wheat flour also has a high ranking for fiber intake. As far as fruits go, tomatoes, apples, avacados,Oranges, cantaloupes, papayas, dates, and mangos. In general just about any of the raw fruits, and vegetables will have beneficial amounts of fiber in them.
