Being a new company in the working world, the company gave me a great chance for a perfect position, however, after working there for many years, I realized that I had no chance to use all of my ability because there were not many challenges and there was no space for advancement in the company. I used to enjoy working there and I contributed my skills for the company, but I realized that my abilities could develop better at another place where can understand deeply my ability and there are more opportunities to go further.
