It really depends on people's tastes...everyone has a different opinion so it is hard to tell. I personally do not mind, I would rather go for something cheaper. I also dont like light colored wood decorations, whereas many people love it. It is a matter of taste really. Plus, stones are soooo expensive i think it is not even worth it using them for decor.
