You really can't, unless you sell things on your blog. The way most people make money off blogs is by creating content and attracting a large number of people to the site (this is called traffic). Then, they use affiliate programs like Google Adsense to host ads on their blogs. They get paid based on the number of clicks/views that ad gets. This is the same for Youtubers, who get paid based on how many people watch the ads at the beginning of the video. Finally, if you don't want to host ads on your blog, you can set up a shop and sell a product or service. For example, if you're good at drawing, you can sell your graphic designer services and make money off that.
