What causes a fire diesel pump to not stop?

1 Answer

Answer :

You need to cut off the electricity. You can reach the cord and outlet safely, unplug it. In an area around  oil well or somewhere else with flammable gasses or hydrocarbon vapor in the air, you may have to cut the air to the engine. A diesel will run with no normally supplied fuel or spark if there is enough fuel in the air.
