Is it normal that my knees are so crunchy?

I'm 30 and when I do a squat and get up I hear crunching that's awful. It is normal?

If you don't have a problem with your menisci, for example, it's an incipient arthrosis - I have it too ... meals include collagen (those who like stuffing, grilled **** knees, goulash goulash, etc. - have an advantage - like me). ;-) It's incurable - lifestyle (and collagen) only mild symptoms.
